Realities of the Dreaming Mind, Swami Sivananda Radha delves into the lesser broached aspects of dreams and visions. It touches upon heading dream guidance and approaching life from a dream analysis prespective.
If offers exercises to improve dream recollection and to harness the power of our dreams toward a more fulfilling live.
Its very easy to read, despite the authors name, this book is written from a western perspective. My favorite part is the exercises after each chapter.
