New HOTD additions

Aislin's recommended readings have been added within the proper directories beneath the Essays section. You will see other things in days to come . . . I got a handle on the PHP website stuff and updates should begin to come on a more regular basis. Sorry for the delays, I am learning . . . are we not all though.

If you can explain to me how to get the thing working I will still gladly help you with it. I do not feel so bad since I found out that it had more to do with technical issues than my intelligence that I could not get it going before.
